Shipping & Returns


All products are shipped from Blanco, TX by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 days of receipt and custom items usually ship within 7-10 days of receipt.  We request delivery confirmation for all packages.  Insurance is available at an additional cost; you may make a selection during the checkout process.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  If there is any concern with the items you have ordered and the ability to deliver to the stated address, we will notify you immediately.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Transit times for orders shipped to addresses in the United States are typically 2-5 days, depending on the distance from our Texas location.  International orders vary drastically; transit times for International First Class packages is typically 14-21 days; it may be as few as 7 days or as many as 6 weeks.  We are not able to calculate shipping times in advance, as this will vary by country and shipping condition.  We are able to track USPS packages to our international airport hub, but once it leaves the country, we are no longer able to receive live tracking updates through USPS.  If you need to track a package to its destination, please select UPS or FedEx as your shipping method. Duties may be imposed by the receiving country; all duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.  We will not offer returns for packages that have been rejected by the purchaser due to the imposition of duties; we will claim the purchase dollar amount reflected on your sales order as the value of the package.  Please determine prior to purchasing whether this will cause duties to be imposed and order accordingly.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Based on feedback, we do not routinely include printed invoices as our system emails you multiple copies of the purchase invoice. If you would like a printed copy, please indicate this in the notes for us and we are happy to include a copy for you!

Returns and Exchanges

Products bought from are covered under our 15 day return policy:

  • All returns must be authorized by within 15 days of the invoice date. Items will not be accepted for return if more than 15 days have passed since the date of invoice.
  • Returns are gladly accepted for items that are not food-related.  Food-related items include food-safe bags, tubes, cups, utensils and drinking straws (not a complete list).

  • Please complete the RMA request form; items must be returned in unused and original condition and original packaging.  We will notify you of the shipping address via email.  Once the unused item is received, you will be refunded the item product amount or we will credit the returned product item total amount to another order.

  • The buyer will bear the cost of return shipping of the product.  Please return the item by way of carrier that provides tracking details; proof of delivery must be provided.

  • Please note that we are unable to accept return of customized items. For custom graphic items or items stamped, tied or otherwise customized, returns are not accepted.  This also applies to packages containing customized items that have been returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, rejected for duties owed by buyer, unclaimed, or returned due to expired forwarding orders.  

  • If we have made an error in our product listing or shipped the wrong item, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt.  We will make arrangements for return of the product. 

  • We ship our packages quickly, so it is important to provide the correct shipping address during the checkout process.  If an error has been made, please notify us immediately so that the order can be corrected in advance of shipment.  

  • If we receive a return package, we will contact you immediately.  If we have made an error in the printing of your shipping label address, we will re-ship to the correct address at no cost to you.  If you have indicated an incorrect shipping address in the checkout window, we will offer the option to re-ship the package to a correct address
