Policies & Privacy


We frequently update our website with the latest availability information. We make every attempt to ship your purchased items in a timely manner. If an item is out of stock, please allow extra time for delivery.  Please allow 1-2 days production time for printed items (such as wooden utensils) prior to shipment.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to your order when required by law. For items shipped to Texas, the sales tax rate is 6.75%; this amount will be added to your order during the checkout process.


All products are shipped from Wimberley, TX by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  Most orders ship within 1-2 days of receipt; we request delivery confirmation for all packages.  Insurance is available at an additional cost; you may make a selection during the checkout process.

Returns and Exchanges

Products bought from inkscissorspaper.com are covered under our 15 day return policy:

  • All returns must be authorized by inkscissorspaper.com within 15 days of the invoice date. Items will not be accepted for return if more than 15 days have passed since the date of invoice.
  • Returns are gladly accepted for items that are not food-related.  Food-related items include food-safe bags, tubes, cups, utensils and drinking straws (not a complete list).

  • Please complete the RMA request form; items must be returned in unused and original condition and original packaging.  We will notify you of the shipping address via email.  Once the unused item is received, you will be refunded the item product amount or we will credit the returned product item total amount to another order.

  • The buyer will bear the cost of return shipping of the product.  Please return the item by way of carrier that provides tracking details; proof of delivery must be provided.

  • Please note that we are unable to accept return of customized items. For custom graphic items or items stamped, tied or otherwise customized, returns are not accepted.  This also applies to packages containing customized items that have been returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, unclaimed or due to expired forwarding orders.  

  • If we have made an error in our product listing or shipped the wrong item, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt.  We will make arrangements for return of the product. 

  • We ship our packages quickly, so it is important to provide the correct shipping address during the checkout process.  If an error has been made, please notify us immediately so that the order can be corrected in advance of shipment.  

  • If we receive a return package, we will contact you immediately.  If we have made an error in the printing of your shipping label address, we will re-ship to the correct address at no cost to you.  If you have indicated an incorrect shipping address in the checkout window, we will offer the option to re-ship the package to a correct address

We respect your right to privacy and we take care to keep your information secure. Your information will not be sold to other parties. Your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and e-mail address are needed to process and ship your order. When entering personal or private information, your data will be encrypted and transmitted over a secure connection, designated by the https: prefix (the 's' means secure).
